To make new friends I worked out for a year, looksmaxxed, worked on my mental health, try to be funny, go out everyday, etc.

Still no new friends this entire time.

Is it time I give up and go back to bed rotting.

This is at 6'1 190lbs how do even worse looking people do this???

Looks don't matter much for friendship. Just gotta be fun to be around. Ain't figured out how to do that though

Step 1 is to not have autism nor even be introverted. I am both and I suspect everyone on this board is too.

This is why you don't have friends. You never changed your attitude. People can smell the decay.

what's your idea of a friend, OP?
someone you spend time with every moment of every hour? someone you vibe with in everything like your music taste, your choice of vidya, etc.?

maybe you're like me in that we're not in it for the short-term, we want someone long term
