I work in a tech company and can confirm that all the best programmers are the ones who don't talk to or acknowledge women. It's getting very hard for businesses to fire those guys because even if the field is saturated with graduates, out of every 5000 applicants only 1 is actually decent and delivers results (and speaks english).
Maybe 10 years ago they could get those autists fired for not being a "cultural fit" but nowadays in this economy giving up on a good programmer just because he doesn't like to talk to women is suicidal for the company.
