>I halved my daily dosage of antidepressantsyeah, when i read that one of the side effects of my antidepressants was "death", i decided for myself that there must be another way to deal with depression. i had a vitamin screening done and it showed that my b12 and d3 storages were depleted. that gave me the push to finally do something about my bad diets, habits and addictions. it's not perfect, but i'm doing way better than a decade ago now.
