Why are old people so strong compared to us? I'm 28 and already disabled because of my bad back. Meanwhile my dad is a backpacker and runs marathons in his 70s.

Exercising while you're a teenager is incredibly important for development. If you don't do it, you'll end up with weaker bones and muscles and lower test.
