Contrary to incel popular belief it's much more common to see below average men dating out of their league than the reverse. The only instances I've see an unattractive woman dating up is online which shows how rare it is.

Men are seen for more than their looks, so if the guy has a good enough personality in a movie or story, of course he gets the girl. Ugly foids however are solely seen for their looks, they have 0 purpose in the story aside from being laughed at for how ugly they are
