You technically can, but you can also jump off a bridge if you wanted to. Openly being a (peaceful, non criminal) nazi will most likely cause:
Low chance of job
Social isolation except from other nazis, leaving no way to change if you wanted to
Harassment and having your name smeared completely

It's basically a death sentence

Only the top 0.01% super charismatic nazis actually make it into their living, and even then they probably don't get paid enough to comfortably live. Thats not even about being a nazi, any political party can make money off talking if they are likeable enough.
