Finally a good night on here, maybe we clean the board up like this more often.

Anyone else love crocodilians? I used to be ambivalent about them but after watching Chris Gilette's videos I think they're actually rather nice animals. Dangerous obviously but really cute and beautiful in their own way.

There are videos on youtube of people taming them. They are surprisingly chill when they don't want to eat you.

I think it's funny that they're genetically closer to any bird than to any other reptile.

It also kind of shows how useless cladistics actually is. I used to be a big fan as a more objective way to classify things but you then just end up with classifications that serve no purpose.
