The funny thing is that people subconsciously know that somebody else is in a more vulnerable position when they love you, so they're technically weaker with respect to you. You could theoretically take advantage of such a person. This vulnerability / weakness might be perceived as antimasculine, and thus undesirable by a woman. Men are hypervisual, but women do place more importance on personality, but what they're looking for are masculine / strong personality traits. They want a strong man.
