Brainwash yourself into being normal. Immerse yourself only in normal thoughts. Extinguish all abnormal thought.

i was like this and i reached a point of self hatred where i figured that the most self harm i could do would be to drastically change my self and actually force myself to try bettering my life. I gave up on ever fulfilling my emotional needs and live for other people now, once my duties are fulfilled I will just rot and finally die, hopefully I can achieve all this by 40.
