How hard is it to make a game where sex is a core mechanic, rather than "win and be raped" or "lose and be raped" windowdressing.
I just want a fully functional and fleshed out strategy or roleplaying game where sex serves as just one of the many useful tools or means of getting handicapped, so you can play the same game as a giga-whore or totally asexual and still have a great experience depending on if you are in the mood to fap or just play games.

the femboys are a very nice touch but those games have a general banger soundtrack and cozy vibe to them.

Corruption of Champions II is amazing on harder difficulties and sex is completely optional, unless you lose. I've beat the game as a virgin before. The creator also has a scifi version called "Trials in Tainted Space", both have intricate combat systems with damage types / resistances, etc.
