Your body is fine buddy. You just need to go on gear and do a lot of delt exercises.

Your shoulders are not that narrow, this is true narrow clavicles.

my shoulder measurements are objectively small. they're in the lower range of average for women. in combination with my hips they look even tinier. his shoulders seem narrow but without actual measurements i cannot tell for sure. a wide waist or wide hips can make wide shoulders seem narrower.

That doesn't matter, what is your shoulder to head ratio. That's what normal people use to determine shoulder width.

i can fit approximately 2.5 of my heads on my shoulders for bideltoids
if i restrict my shoulders to the ends of my clavicles then i can fit 2 of my heads only

I started at 2.8 and got to 3.2. You can probably go from 2.5 to 2.9. 3 being pretty much ideal. It's not hopeless for you.

Even smaller ratios can still be aesthetic.

You have no lat development or significant delt development at all. Thicken up your neck too. Obviously this is an extreme example but you can get wider even with a narrow frame.

also he already looked fine in the first pic, then became a freak in the second so i'm not sure what you are trying to illustrate

If you have a good face none of this matters anyways, but if you don't you can't pull being a prettyboy off, might as well become a gymrat.

in my old photos i looked holocaust thin, so i was hoping to gain some weight (in the form of muscle in precise locations that will make up for my physical shortcomings) while still being relatively thin. i'd also like to fix the blatant hunchback and anterior pelvic tilt. is this possible?

Your body will just look ridiculous if you have highly developed delts with skinny arms. Might as well at least work the entire upper body, but skip traps because they will make you look narrower. I'm not sure about the hunchback, but I had the nerd neck thing and I fixed it by doing chin tucks and sleeping on my back. Obviously, you will need to gain a significant amount of weight in terms of fat to gain the muscle mass in the first place because you need a caloric surplus and a high amount of protein.

i can't breathe when i sleep on my back. some chest or circulation problem idk
in terms of protein i eat a lot of sardines, eggs, and almond butter as snacks i guess
Anonymous No.81964486 [Report] >>81964512

You need 1.2 to 1.5 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight.

i think i get almost that much but it's hard because i don't work and my parents are kind of poor so i've always had the patient/rationing mindset, not the "eat whenever i'm hungry" mindset
