They're not very European. Levantine people have pale skin when they grow up in colder climates, but if you're aware of what a jew is and what their major phenotypes are, they are VERY easy to identify visually. If you aren't aware, you won't know they're a jew but there will be an uncanny valley effect because your brain knows that's not actually a White person.

Sephardics are only from the Iberian peninsula (and later Greece when they got kicked out of Spain). MENA Jews are called Mizrahi and they range from Central Asia to North Africa, they are the most populous of the Jews within Israel.

In a single year, Israel officially says that out of the 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza before the genocide, .2 million have been killed or are missing. Remember, this is their estimate, which is likely undervalued. We're watching a televised slaugher the likes of which hasn't been seen for a long time.

I think this entire situation made me question my faith. Why would Jews, who were the earliest Christians and wrote the new testament, openly murder and brag about murdering people? What was the whole point of the Christian?
