if i'm not eating i'm thinking about nothing but food so it's an everyday choice between being fat and being insane. the only times i've been thin are when i've been actively bulimic. if i could afford ozempic i would because i've heard it reduces the food noise considerably.

you have to do it within 30 minutes of eating. i would set timers and eat for 30 minutes, throw up, then do it all over again. it helps to eat things with different flavors, like chocolate before chips, so once you get to the chocolate part of the vomit you're almost done. and chug a lot of water before you start eating too. i'm considering going back to my bulimic ways but my bf wouldn't approve.
