I just decided to watch a team sport one night when I was bored, and then I realised it was actually quite interesting. Now I'm completely hooked, and I would watch games from two decades ago, and I would frequently rewind to watch situations unfold to properly analyse them. I also play the sport.

This is what I thought living at home with my mom for the first 5 years and had suicidal thoughts, but it got better. Got a gf now, too.

I study cybersec online (and got a few useless certifications) on my off time and read books/manga.
So maybe study something you have a passion for.
Maybe get out for activities if you feel trapped in your home (a walk in the park, a movie, restaurant, ecaperoom etc)
