hey /fit, is 10 minutes to long to wait between sets? I got a barbell with decent weights at home finally, and an average dead by daylight round is 10 minutes. it would be dope to knock out lifts between games, but will my gains suffer?

Nigga I'm fat as hell idk. And the only reason your games last that long is because you keep slugging the survoids.

There's really nothing saying you can't do 10 minutes of rest between each set, most don't because such long time of rest isn't necessary, plus it would take too long to finish a workout.

I do better with long breaks between sets. Generally five minutes. Ten minutes is probably good if you're going for low reps, but if you're doing 5x5's it would take forever even just doing three different lifts, and I like to do four lifts. Sometimes my last set of a lift I'll drop the weight a little and go to failure.
