Buy 250 acres and be a neet lord. We will farm crops and in exchange for you letting us live as neet peasants we give a percentage of goods produced.
We'll need someone raising chickens for tendies of course. Grapes for wine would be easier than barley for beer, but apples are easy and cider is similar abv as beer. Lots of taters for french fries. Wheat and dairy goats to make macaroni and cheese. This covers the basic core diet needs. Maybe some cucumbers, okra, radish, carrots, and green beans for those who like pickles? Maybe later we can grow pork and tomatoes to unlock pizza.
