i LOVE having to spend 1 hour staring at my face rigorously following a procedure where if i fuck up in any small way my face gets covered in disgusting pustules that i have no choice but to show to the world next time i leave the house to represent my failure
i also love how even if i follow this procedure perfectly that no one acknowledges it and any trace of my success will have vanished in 2 days

i recommend you get it waxed professionally, lasered or use hair removal cream if you do it at home. shaving will leave your skin weird and you can also cut yourself which sucks

I just use an electric razor after I shower while my face is soaped up and wet and it takes me less than 10 minutes and I never get any cuts and get a perfectly clean shave.

castration doesn't stop facial hair, it would just make it grow slower and thinner.
You would actually need to suppress testosterone production (either through drugs or castration) AND also get laser hair removal or electrolysis to permanently remove it.
With that said, suppressing testosterone would make it easier to shave due to it growing more slowly.
Honestly, OP, I would recommend investing in a good electric shaver.
They will get pretty close to a razor close shave without the risk of breaking skin.
