I think upbringing also makes a difference. Rich people always have good teeth, and diet might have played a part along with better healthcare.

most attractive people aren't born attractive but they tend to have facial features that enable it with time and care. also doesn't help that a lot of hot people are complete normies without careful makeup, lighting, etc.
