I don't really understand how I'm supposed to be okay with taking girls out on dates and buying them shit and getting invested, all the while they're dating and fucking other men. How normal is this? I've seen women IRL and online talk about this but it just seems fucked to me. Like I get that there's technically no commitment so she can do whatever. But couldn't women at least try to split the bill so the whole process is less humiliating?

I just never bought them anything while dating as many girls at once as I could. Sometimes I'd go on 2+ dates a day, or sleep with one chick then go on a date with a different chick the next morning. Women expect this.

I'm not usually, I mean I was with one girl for a few years but I generally don't date. I do not trust women. This just happened to my brother recently though which is why I'm thinking about it. Was kinda fucked, they were taking 24/7 and going out but then she got a bf and he found out she talking to and fucking other guys while they were talking. He's very blackpilled now, unfortunately. As that was the only woman that's really ever shown him any interest.

You need to look at it more like a form of play. You understand that basic rules so work within them. You noted one obvious thing which is to just go dutch, you will never have to question her base line interest in you if she has to pay for things. Alternatively you could my filter system and make the date questionably cheap, see how she handles homemade food at the park or even something "insulating" like fast food and going to a fair/event in your area that's free or low costing.
That seems to be what makes winners and losers of love and romance(especially young) seems to be how much they treat it like a game vs how much they treat it like a job application/business trip.
