my grandmother in law is starting to show rapid cognitive and physical decline which hasn't reached a crux yet, but I'm getting worried how far both are going to fall before shit gets really serious.

Most old people develop some level of dementia. You can check the MMSE test for ideas about how it's tested for, or conversely how it shows that someone has dementia.

My grandma has a light form of it, she remembers who I am mostly and just sometimes mixes up names or gets a little frustrated. Its kind of brutal but she is in her 90s so not entirely unexpected. I blame the fact she has not done much but watch garbage slop TV/news ever since my pap died over a decade ago personally, dementia/Alzheimers is not really a thing in my family thank god. I cant even imagine how brutal seeing it get worse is though, and I really do hope I dont have to.
>regardless if you are also a wagie or a neet never forget to keep your bodies and minds stimulated anons, because once you lose that shit at a certain point its not coming back

My mom says the same dumb shit and asks the same stupid questions over and over. I was a neet for a long time and she still sends me spam emails about job listings in your area because she thinks I don't have a job

Mu grandma probably had it, just that her hear gave up before the dementia could really kick in
