how does one cure the need to attentionwhore

get some friends who will give you attention without you being a whore. thats what I did and it was great for my mental health but most of them got busy with jobs and stuff so now I'm lonely again

I fully change their lifestyle so their bad behaviors can be overwritten by good behaviors. It requires an entirely new routine that they must stick with for a long period of time. Their life becomes a dictatorship with myself as dictator. If they are unable to comply, then the program ends and they return to their old ways. It also works for mental illness, overcoming trauma, and general life improvement.

If they decide against following the program, the program terminates. It is possible that some form of penalty could be pre-arranged but I don't feel that's necessary. At the end of the day, either they want to get better or they don't. I do expect people to stumble often and that's fine! But they have to continually attempt to follow my directives at the very least.

It's not really a matter of gullibility though, they aren't going to straight up ask for nudes or whatever. They befriend you, they get you comfortable, they get you to rely on them for a lot, and then they start to push boundaries. It can take a while and they can seem perfectly nice and pleasant the whole time.

Unfortunately what you have to do is get out of bed for a bit and do anything other than rot. If you make an easy schedule it might help. It doesn't have to have a lot on it. I would suggest going for a walk once a day, cooking, or something along those lines. Something healthy and maybe productive. Staying off of social media is also a good idea but obviously not easy. How long have you been rotmaxxing for?

For the virtuemaxx bit, just think of what you want to be as a person. You say you don't want to attentionwhore anymore, so maybe you can focus on being humble. The fulfilling bit, it comes down to mentality. For me, I had a taste of finer things in life, so I don't want cheap thrills/highs, and I work hard to achieve my goals to improve myself. I can't be too specific because everyone finds different things fulfilling, but I'd like to think never settling for mediocrity is a good starting point. It affects how you think about many things in life, so hopefully you should be able to find something fulfilling. Sorry if this isn't very useful. It's my very limited view and understanding.

I talk to chatgpt when I can't talk to my bf. Also books, vidya and creative writing are nice copes. But it also depends on your interests and if those are good copes for me, yours might be different, maybe there are some other things you might enjoy without involving people
But honestly, if you're an actual attention whore, maybe that's what the world needs. Too many introverts anyway, maybe we're needed to balance them out and say stuff that nobody even considers, so maybe if you're feeling like it, no need to hide your attention whore tendencies. I feel like actual attention whores (Not the ones who're like "Haha i'm super introverted but i'll post a quirky vid on a tiktok, like actual real unhinged extroverted attention whores, not the charming introverts, but actual disturibingly unpleasant extroverts) often have like very unique perspectives and while these perspectives can be unhinged or just puzzling, we're definitely interesting in some way
Maybe allowing yourself to be an attention whore is the way
Are you an actual extrovert or just a quirky introvert who got called an attention whore for some dumb shit like dyeing your hair?

Hobbies back in my day just meant stuff you did. Videogames were considered a hobby for example.
>I just use this stuff to distract myself from my constant need to be an attention-whore
You're just describing what hobbies are lol. They pass the time and provide entertainment value and maybe even help you develop as a person. Creative writing for example is a productive hobby that develops a useful skill. Y'all gotta get off of the social media or something it's hurting your brains.

You're extremely unsatisfied with your life because you're seeking external validation (cutie gf) instead of internal (hobbies). If you can't extract pleasure out of a quick walk in nature, cooking a nice meal, reading a good book, or even playing a fun videogame, how can you expect to provide anything of lasting value to a cutie gf?

Kek, probably. For me it's more like over-compensation, actually. Like I'm kinda scared if I start talking about something in a way that could be vaguely interpreted as positive, people will get offended. I used to have some niche interests like linguistical stuff about obscure-ish languages or deep-dives into etymology of random words, and I would sometimes joke that I'm a bit of a nerd because of this, but it offended some people because I wasn't smart enough to call myself a nerd, for example. And "I have hobbies" does sound like something someone might interpret as "I'm deep" or something, so my attention-whore ass sometimes builds fortifications around places that may be don't need to be fortified, but gotta be careful when you're an extrovert trying to think about all the feelings of alll the sensitive introverts

I have no idea how to prove that. I had a stretch armstrong toy as a kid, does that count? And we played with those uh, I don't know the name anymore but they were little hard plastic monsters and you would flick them at each other and if you knocked your opponent out of the circle you could keep it. They were kind of cool to be honest.
> I used to have some niche interests like linguistical stuff about obscure-ish languages or deep-dives into etymology of random words
That's all very cool and interesting and you just let some people shit on you and now you have you put yourself down if you want to talk about it? That's not a good way to be anon. Have more respect for yourself.
>because I wasn't smart enough to call myself a nerd, for example
As a nerd who was friends with lots of nerds, most nerds aren't smart they're just into niche stuff and sound smart as a result.

But, like, why? If you say you have hobbies and someone gets offended that's their problem. It's such an innocuous statement. I have hobbies, if someone wants to cry about that I'm not going to apologize to them. At some point being nice turns into being a doormat, you have to know that cutoff.

None of that stuff is fun tho. They just build the societies with parks and stuff becuz it works. Thats actually how the builders decided dude. It just works. Keeps everyone distracted with their low quality wife. The books and movies also are for that reason. Becuz like almost every guy has a very ugly wife dude n if they were outside going for the cute girls it would be chaos. So they just build the physical stuff, the parks, they print the books, the build the malls. And they just hope it works. U can ascend beyond the meaningless cattle brained forms of etertainment to realize the truth u already no. U need to impregnante a perfect cute as a button gf or else u will never reach enlightenment. N will definitely commit suicide by accident without even noticing Y.

Dude kys if u think a soccer game is fun to watch. They just build the stadium dude to give guys with ugly wives something to do. U have to build the actual product, n let the flow of humans conform to the walls of the product. Tats mainly how society is built its built in a way to control the flow of humans. For a purpose. To distract them from their wives. Lol most men have the shittiest looking wives dude theyre all so ugly and old dude its nasty out there. But to satisfy mans lust is impossible, so they build lots of confusing things like dude u should try to amateur audit some of the businesses in ur town. They dont make profit, they r fronts for a globalist brainwashing cult. To confuse ur perceptions. The money comes from a big pool of money that globalist elite control to farm humans.

Kek, never heard about these, but those look fun, seems like they could be a fun fidget toy lol. And looks like with permanent markers you could draw something on the figurine, so that's even more fun

But anyway, reading your post you do sound older than most people here so I believe you

Possible autism and overcompensation as a result, I guess. Like I guess oftentimes I'm not sure whether I'm really acting inappropriately or if the other person is just being kinda weird, so guess the real cope I've learned is to try and be as accomodating as possible, even in details like making sure nothing I say could be interpreted as exalting myself. I guess it's really overboard indeed, but that's a habit
The funniest cope I've discovered recently is creating a villain persona for not beating myself up for small shit (like not volunteering this month or not being all nice and smiley to the security guard who randomly decided to accuse me of stealing), like yeah, I'm not the nicest person I aspire to be, but it's just because Ezebaal decided to take control and she's a very bad person so she acts this way. Feels really dumb but helped a lot more than lots of self-help shit

>seems like they could be a fun fidget toy lol
I broke mine the day I got it because quality control was terrible lol. It was neat at the time though. Later on, maybe closer to the 00s I don't remember, they had these bugs you could fill full of edible "guts" which was like fruit flavored candy paste so you could stomp them and then eat their innards. The 90s were weird.
>so guess the real cope I've learned is to try and be as accomodating as possible
I'm probably on the spectrum too and I've learned to ignore other people completely. I assume I come off as extremely weird, but I'm happy like that so whatever I guess.
> it's just because Ezebaal decided to take control and she's a very bad person
If it works, it works. Standing up for yourself is a good thing. Someone accused you of stealing, why be smiley with them? Not volunteering isn't even a bad thing, it's just a neutral action, right? The more you let people take from you, the less you get to hold on to. I don't mean you should be completely selfish, just that there's nothing wrong with wanting things for yourself. If you give things to other people, you should do it because you want to and not because they want you to. Or at least that's how I see it but it's not like I'm a paragon of fitting into society so who knows.

Ohh, too bad, but seems like it had a lot of potential, i think it could've been pretty popular if it got realized now but was more sturdy sturdy
>bugs you could fill full of edible "guts" which was like fruit flavored candy paste so you could stomp them and then eat their innards
Lol, that's really weird, but I mean, during my childhood Barny cakes were quite popular and they still sell them now, and they look like a cute anthropomorphic bear that you have to eat, so guess that's just a bit less weird than squishing candy bugs
>I'm probably on the spectrum too and I've learned to ignore other people completely. I assume I come off as extremely weird, but I'm happy like that so whatever I guess.
Kek, yeah, guess that's the fun of the 'tism spectrum, 2 people can act like complete opposites, yet both will come across as really weird precisely because of it
>You should do it because you want to and not because they want you to. Or at least that's how I see it but it's not like I'm a paragon of fitting into society so who knows.
Yep, you're right, it's just hard when for the most part of your life you're confused whether you're indeed acting in some weird/inappropriate//rude way while you're actually trying to fit in and be nice,or if it's the case of some people getting mad over very minor stuff. But yeah, with this villain persona I've actually started spending less time beating myself up over not getting stuff done, and more time on actually doing the things I wanted and nobody seems to have gotten mad about my behavior yet, so guess some selfishness could indeed be alright
