Excess skin can either be from losing weight too quickly or just from extreme weight before. Change your mentality and think of them as battle scars and lift weights. Or get surgery.

If you're not larping, here's what I did:

>Hard at first but you NEED to cut off the normal fast food (replace with protein options they have) and junk food (replace with protein options as well). Water.
>Don't forget vitamin supplements
>Reassess diet, put in white potatoes. Replace rice with cauliflower rice. Meat. Protein shakes and greek yogurts. Fish.
>Found out the hard way... If you are serious about weight loss you WILL need to be lifting weights and doing intense cardio. Otherwise you will be attempting to starve yourself for 8 months straight.

Find your calorie maintenance online by searching up a TDEE calculator. Get a calorie tracking app. Now you have what you need to start weightloss.

If you are very heavy and your maintenance ends up around ~2000, eat 1500-1600.

If midsize (~1400) eat 1400 and workout. Intense exercise eat 1750-1800.
