I'm not suicidal so my fear of pain isn't keeping me alive.
I don't think being alive in constant pain hooked up to machines while they drip morphine to dull the pain and my senses is something to be scared of. It's not existing physically after that scares me. It's like running out of moves in a turn based game

As long as I am asleep when the heart attack comes, I don't care. I just hope it's quick, whatever happens.
If I have a long painful heart attack, I will seriously have to consider not calling for help and letting it kill me.
