Yeah I'm a little on the spectrum and have had meltdowns before. Not proud of them at all but shit happens. Though I'm proud of the one time I had a panic attack/meltdown and was in the snow alongside the college building hitting myself and sobbing but I literally slapped myself in the face and made myself get up and stop being a faggot and go to the seminar even though I was late. I got the credit for being there and later graduated. I try to brute force my way through my anxiety and fuckups and sometimes it literally does work. Other times I just walk off a job lol
One time I freaked out in an airport and just ran away like a scared animal scurrying through the airport and when they later forced me on the plane I was freaking out so badly the pilot let me leave (my family was PISSED but I was so happy I was allowed to leave and not fly)
