Why's my pulse higher when I'm resting? I've had this for a few years now and it worries me kinda.
I went to see a doctor, they did an EKG and said everything was fine. "If you had a heart condition it would show up in EKG" they said.

Oh also when you wake up your heart rate also goes up to get you out if that sleepiness so fragmented sleep does that.

I also drink coffee only in the morning so the caffeen would wear off by night
