I'm a female sperg, not a fembot and I am currently obese. my BMI is 35.7.

I work in a mostly female environment and I have noticed a lot about normal-fag women.

They are incredibly two-faced and bitchy and catty.

They're nice to me to my face but they laugh at me when I'm not looking and they keep mocking me for being fat.

I think this is just how most people are. Or at least that's how it seems. If you're weird or ugly or a fuck up, then people will just talk about you behind your back. People just don't want to be rude to people's faces because then it'll make them look like a bad person and normalfags also prefer to avoid direct conflict with people for the most part. Those are my inferences as a male sperg. So take that for what you will.

This is the truth, people tend to be scared of confrontation. Also, when one person does it, people follow in order to not be left out. So it's even possible that just one person started it, and now everyone sees you that way. Is how it is. If you call them out they will typically recoil and stop, sometimes they don't stop.
I stopped being friends with women because it's genuinely exhausting, men are a lot easier to get along with, but get attached easy. Friend-making is kind of a lose-lose.

Yeah I also find women to be exhausting. I feel like socializing with them is just a bit more complicated than dealing with other men. Which fucking sucks because I'm only really attracted to women. The thing is I do have a boyfriend, and things are absolutely wonderful. But he works from 7-5:30 often getting home at 6-7 depending on if he stops by the store or not (mechanic, so when he does get home he's really sleepy which is okay with me). I am content, but you start to go insane being home with nothing and nobody to speak to for hours and hours. Gaming gets old, watching things gets old. I just want friends. I can only do so much cleaning before I run out of things to clean as well.

I'm a female with a bmi of 34 (not flexing at all I am 195 lbs at 5'4) and understand what you are complaining about. I also have autism.
They are doing hierarchy enforcing rituals for comfort. Ripping on you is part of that, understand? It's a group bonding ritual to reinforce their standing.
For safety/wellbeing I would just let it go off your shoulders like rain on a coat. You are there for money not friendship.

No, trust me, they do. I assumed the same thing, but it's honestly kind of worse when you're an autistic woman and try to talk to another autistic woman.
Both of you struggle to read each other, and both are often too blunt.
And there's tons of different types of autistic women. Some are like trying to talk to teenagers, full of drama, really whiny, NEED to get their way no matter what. Will use their autism as an excuse for everything, and when you call them out you're suddenly ableist.. as if I'm not fucking autistic too, this pisses me off.
Some of them are oddly boring, to a scary degree. They focus in on one thing and refuse to talk about anything else, they get upset and scream at you for wanting to do other things or talk about other things.
There has also been a surge of women who want to feel important and special straight up lying about being autistic which complicates it even further. It's even harder to relate to someone larping as being what you are.

I worked in a company where most employees were women in the past and place was pretty much a snake pit. All of them were back stabbing liars.
With guys is pretty obvious who you get a long with and we don't really make an effort to hide it if you don't like someone but gossip is way less because most of the time you literally don't give a shit about your coworker's life.
