Yes. I'm a diffuse balder with a NW2 hairline and significant crown recession. If I didn't touch the hairline at all, but used 3k grafts to fill in the crown and mid scalp area, I think it could look okay again. But just okay, nothing great.

Problem is, I suspect I only have around 3k grafts available before my sides and back start looking like shit, which defeats the point. I'm nearing 3 months on 0.5mg Dut, so hoping I at least reverse the thinning of my donor area so I can have 4-5k grafts available for a potential transplant and get a good outcome in 2 separate sessions.
