Does anyone else get so mad when they hear about people going on trips overseas and taking vacations? I was supposed to study abroad in Japan in 2020, but all of my plans got cancelled because of covid. 5 years later and I still haven't been on a vacation. I'm fucking broke. There's no way for me to save up money. Now that I'm finally back on my feet, AI is destroying jobs. I got spitroasted with covid fucking me in the ass and now artificial intelligence fucking me right in the face. At this point I'm an N1 Japanese speaker who has never touched foot in the holy land. And I never will. All of that effort was for nothing, and I get to hear and see other people take cute little trips on fucking whim.

I can help you with a CV. Also, have you tried applying to be a receptionist/administrator for a charity? They tend to want to give people a chance.

Kind of.
I get very bitter and envious when people do things I'd like to do but can't and unfortunately for me I've done a lot of short jobs for years which pay like shit, and now I have a much better job with much better pay but I can't take more than a week of leave at once so no big trip form me (imo it would be a waste to only have ONE week and not a day more since air travel alone will take one or two days)
