China unfortunately has stagnated.
They've basically been in a recession since 2020 doctoring the GDP numbers to cope (doing stuff like counting traffic as GDP growth). Let's consider the average Chinese person:
>Works from 9-9 6 days a week
>Lives in a micro apartment with 4 other people
>Has no chance of upward mobility
This isn't even counting the 100,000,000 "unhoused and underemployed" (homeless).
