Most people won't, but a small amount will. Try to find someone who will. It feels nice to pour that energy into someone who at the very least notices and will reciprocate if you ever need help too.

You'll only be remembered if you helped the right kind of people, those with gratitude in their hearts - but "Noble People" in their "Noble Pursuits" try to help everyone, even the bad ones, even the ingratitudes
And those kinds of people, they're never content, they never say thanks, they want more and more and more until the Noble is no longer, until his heart withers, until his soul crumbles

I mean I actually agree that OP is kind of odd for calling himself noble and the like. That being said I have gotten people to snap at me for expressing concern when they tell me they're depressed and I ask them why. It feels like I'm not supposed to even try to help them, or understand them. I want to know what's going on in their lives because they're my friends. Maybe they notice ulterior motives that I don't. I didn't see it as manipulative, but maybe it is and I don't realize it. It's okay if they want privacy, though they never just say that and get kind of angry that I even asked in the first place. I don't want to be bothersome to people.

unless you do something peace prize worthy probably not. even then do you know all the winners of the nobel peace prizes? everyone will eventually be forgotten, but the kindnesses you do DO have an impact, butterfly effect shit. But you shouldnt self sacrifice entirely and live your life entirely for other people, if youre living and youre not happy whats the point of life?
