Fat camps and a national fitness program should be created anyway; nudism or not. It's the only way to create a truly socialized healthcare system. Fat people should not exist at all, barring some very rare genetic diseases or something that I'm not aware of.

Not viable, or everyone gets really fat. Clothes are ingrained in humanity's shared culture as a status symbol. It would be incompatible with society, or otherwise a hierarchy would be created based around like, chubby bitches in lingere and whatnot.
