there isn't enough good art of my niche fetish and AI can't replicate it well, so I need to take it upon myself to create
but every time I start to draw, I get embarrassed looking at how amateur it is and also don't want to spend a long time working it out
I guess I could trace other artists for now, but this is more about my ADHD in general, I'm undiagnosed and want to mitigate that because becoming an artist isn't the only goal I've struggled to focus on

1. Get ADHD medication
2. Begin at fundamentals, drawing on the right side of the brain is a good book
3. Copy (DON'T TRACE) all you can from artists you want to emulate. Since your fetish is niche you should copy EVERY image with your fetish available, assuming it's niche enough.
4. ???
5. Realize learning to draw to make porn is a bad motivation and is the true reason you're stuck

I've done adderall once and it made me feel superhuman for a day
It was kind of spooky and something THAT powerful has to have some major drawbacks down the line
Which is why I'm content just vaping nicotine instead of doing literal meth

Fuck off, faggot. You shitheads are the reason no one takes the diagnosis seriously and why people like me have take years of misdiagnoses and many mood stabilizers (which caused me major negative side effects) before the doctor finally sends us for a neuroosych eval that reveals it. You are no better than tbe drug addicts which ruined people getting much needed opioid medication for their pain but don't.

Bro try speed drawing or gestures. It'll help you focus on the important features of like whatever your drawing

if it's ass you can just blame the time limit and start over. with a different reference

that and drawing porn isn't a good motivation. Gooning is quick, making it is slow

I still appreciate stuff I goon to for its artistic value / passion and effort put into it. I look up to specific artists for that reason. I'm not gonna draw stuff immediately expecting it to be hot as much as I wish that were the case. mostly my shitty time management I think is the problem

Many disorders mimick the symptoms other disorders. PTSD is a major one which has symptoms resembling ADHD. Her saying it doesn't mean a damn thing. Her being a "counselor" (and a woman at that) makes a lot of sense.

I wish you could experience the permanent 24/7 crickets chirping tinnitis I have thanks to the Abilify I took that did nothing but cause me negative side effects including feeling sick the entire 5 months I was on it. I fucking wish yiu'd had to go through the years of ineffective therapy. I'd fucking wish you woukd be consideres a cabdidate for ECT because you have "treatment resistant depression." If self-diagnoser had to experience shit like this, maybe they'd understand why people like me get severely pissed off at people like you.

If you wanna rawdog, your only way will be journal with daily to do list. That you can consistently tick off. And instead of using timed schedule, you just assign some amount of time to each deal. And it shouldn't be too long. This way you can trick your brain into believing the task is easy.

digital drawing is one of the easiest skills to learn it took me 8 months of practice from actual toddler doodles to earning small cash (before ai)

practice your 3d perspective. dont be like the twitter retards who only know how to draw front facing heads

alternatively you can just commission art then train them for ai lol

The only way to mitigate it is by abusing one of adhds strengths. That's to build strong habits and hyper focusing. You have to just start drawing and stay consistent. Whether that's once a day or whatever. You won't see improvements unless you can keep at it for a while.

Yes, your prescribed dosage of literal meth will have effects, there's no way it won't because it's fucking METH
I'm sure it will be amazing in the short term, until you realize you've become dependent on it for everyday functioning, and then a shortage hits and your supply gets cut off (this apparently happens all the time too)

you're drawing while being in a stress response of fight/flight/fawn/freeze. don't have that state at least when you draw. that's it. that's a common problem most people gloss over.

nothing to do with ADHD or nicotine.
if this was just ADHD at play, you'd complain about switching between drawings too often (also can be valid) and the like

Your ability to draw is almost entirely determined by natural talent, which affects how quickly you learn. If you weren't already good at it in your teens, then you almost certainly lack talent. You might be able to improve slightly, but it'll take you 10x as long as someone with talent, for a result that's still mogged by them.

that's my goal yeah, of course I'm still at the stage of not being able to drive yet at 24
at least I've become confident I'll get there now, my father always shamed me saying shit like "you'll never do it, you always say you will and you don't" etc. which as an impressionable young person I could not handle. doesn't involve art, but it's had everything to do with my mindset

it's in your question
creativity isn't as predictable and deterministic in measurement attempts. "uhhh creativity is measured in force and computations per second" you wouldn't say something like this, would you?
plus anything breaks under the right method. my whole family tree is upper midwit at best and so was I until I found the right methods of cognition and ended up going 30 IQ more than I tested as a kid, on a fresh verified test
"people generally" and "a set of scientists kinda say I guess" are awful fundamental to think from. read a book

Art isn't subjective, dumbass
Ask people whether Picasso or Chris-chan is a better artist, and literally everyone would say picasso.

People just get really pissy and defensive whenever you mention that the main reason they're good at the things they do is sheer random chance blessing them, they want to believe that it was "hard work" that got them there instead, like nepo-babies insisting that they got rich through hard work and not just sliding out the right vagina.
