Growing up in a family of dysgenic fucks and genetic dead-ends really put things into perspective for me
>Dad has diabetes
>Mom has a heart condition
>Uncle had a stroke
>Grandad has kidney failure
>Grandmom is bedridden
I'm far away from being healthy and fit but still, how do you let it get this bad?

If you can stay healthy enough to squirt out offspring, nature really doesn't care what happens after that. We have literally billions of dysgenics lumbering around the planet in a stupor looking for a hole to fuck. Privileged people in the developed world talk about "all men being created equal", that's complete bullshit on a global scale.
The last thousand years or so was based around exploitation of the peasant class, all they really needed to be was fit enough to labor to death. Intellect, looks, and overall health was meaningless. Reproduction and toil were the only criteria they needed to meet. Living to old age was actually a waste of time, they'd grow to be useless. It was better if they died in wars or famines after they mated.

The worst part is when your extended family is pretty great all things considered, but you just happen to get stuck with the bpdemon black hole of misery for a mother. Only thing I really got cucked from genetic wise is being a 5 foot 7 manlet and poor eyesight, most of the wider family are pretty well off and tall at that. Is what it is I guess, could be much worse.

Eh, my father was an alcoholic and he and all his side died of heart attacks, usually before 60.
My mother was a recovered junkie and died even younger than my father did in her early 50s, and a bunch of her side died in middle age.
Both of them were depressives. Meanwhile, my grandpa lived healthily until his 80s; then two strokes, a heart attack, and amyloidosis took him out.
Given that I'm an incel shut-in NEET depressive autist nearing 40, I certainly hope that I have much less than 20 years to live.
I keep hearing that loneliness kills, but I am still here. Hurry up and take me, Lord!
