I don't really know what to say to them and they expect me to do all the talking, since I'm ugly. Women do not put effort into conversations with ugly men. My mom would also hit me and scream at me for showing emotion. So that also makes me scared of them. And I also have no real positive experiences with them.

You're not worth it. You don't cook, you don't clean, and at no point in history did you ever do emotional support for men either despite supposedly being "le empathetic sex". because of scenarios where the situation spirals out of control and she starts to yell or laugh or pull out her phone or some other shit.
Just yesterday after a concert I was walking along the people exiting and was with these ladies for a few meters and they were looking like me like "what?" they even stooped talking and started giggling.
So even though it wasn't my pace i made bigger steps and moved forward.

if a girl really is attracted to me, she will approach me

no need to expose myself and be vulnerable to rejection
but this does put the fear of rejection on the girl

Why do you think women believe in astrology? Women believe that things happen to them. They don't see themselves as masters of their own destiny.
