Shave it all off, get short fade, get moles removed (derma will freeze it off), and congrats, you are now a 7 in NA terms and you should be good, but I'm a 7 and haven't ever had luck with women, it mostly just height, and majority also luck, you could meet a 10 who loves you but its exceedingly unlikely.
