Again, I don't think it's "overly promoted" as much as people who have access to higher education opportunities realize that there isn't a need or want for bringing children into the world. Anti-natalism should be practiced everywhere

I hate the fact that I can't be antinatalist without liberals telling me I hate the poor, or I hate the disabled. I AM the poor and disabled. I don't WANT anyone else to have to live this life. I'm not saying make life worse for people I'm saying make less people so life doesn't get worse
We can kill the oligarchs and create fully sustainable green living, but there's still going to be billions of impulsive, abusive parents who only have kids cause the condom broke, it's expected of them, or they're delusional enough to care about "legacy". Even under utopian conditions, the human population can't quadruple every hundred years and be expected to remain sustainable.
The medical field is dying. We need armies of ground floor medical workers, but each needs so many qualifications and it's such a low paying job. We need to orientate our society to end of life care.

I'm not necessarily strict 100% antinatalist, but most people shouldn't have kids. The average person has kids with very little consideration and ends up fucking them up. It should be considered a huge personal choice only undertaken if you have ample resources to provide a good life for them and are willing to sacrifice your own happiness for theirs. We should also use the most advanced embryo selection or gene-editing technology available to select for advantageous traits.
