yeah sometime scrolling is the only thing i can feel like doing sometimes. one time i tried to take adderall to break the loop but i had to throw out the rest of the pills before i get into the loop of needing it to reset my sleep schedule and whatnot

Shit doesnt even make me feel better than normal just more anxious i guess.
