I start almost every day with a homemade small size pizza made from homemade whole wheat dough with a good amount of grind up broccoli in the dough as well. These are delicious and probably quite healthy as well.

How do you make dough quickly and easily? Do you have instant-yeast?

Yeah I use whatever I have on hand that day to make the topic. Only consistent ingredient is tomato sauce and cheese. I just put the ingredients in a mixer and sit back and wait, it's usually done in about 10 minutes.
You always want to use low moisture I feel.

Meal, olive oil, water, broccoli, salt, sugar.
Then I put it on and go do something else and later check up and typically add some more meal one or two times and then it's all good and then I let it sit for an hour outside of the fridge and then put it in the fridge and eat it later, as in I make about 5-6 worth in one sitting.
