How I got SMART
Here's how I got smarter than others. My IQ has risen, I have it tested every few years.
>My online screen time is 60 minutes per day, no more. It requires planning so I get everything done in an hour. This keeps me alert and I never fall into a 10-hour doomscrolling binge. It causes brainrot. I do allow myself some offline screentime where I pre-write posts like this in the notepad, configure Linux, or do other non-degenerative chores. Online time is the absolute worst because the Internet pumps you with new information and entertainment nonstop. Just save a few movies on your pc and rewatch them all the time. Reject new content.
>I never use chatGPT for anything. Outsourcing your thinking process to a machine causes brainrot. Critical thinking goes out the window if you just ask your magical robot what's true.
>I reject cookies, disable telemetry everywhere etc. This keeps you on your toes, always thinking about how someone could spy on you.
>I dont look at recommendations, only the video I chose to watch, so I'm not influenced by targeted conditioning, or fall into a binge.
By following this Spartan method, I predict that in a few decades I will be the only unaffected one. Everyone else will be a screaming toddler because years of Tiktok have caused irreversible damage to their brains.
