The porn industry(tm) should probably be better regulated and more strict with all the abuse happening in it but drawn or amateur pornography isn't really abusing anyone (except people abusing themselves I guess.) The real issues is that people are too addicted to it, so people need to get self control and discipline, because realistically porn isn't going to be banned in the future no matter how hard they try.

It should be banned off the internet. Porn should go back to being on physical media only sc as magazines and DVDs. Porn existed on physical media for decades and these were some of the most profitable and productive years of the porn industry. So getting it off the internet and forcing it back to physical media means that porn can still exist for people that want it but the internet will not be so saturated with it.
