You seriously don't know or are you just lamenting the fact?
You are hardly the only man with this problem OP: in 31 years of life, I have never managed to get more than a kiss, and that was when I was a legit kid.
Product of a misandrist single mother, I don't even love myself.
I don't know what to tell you: I reached a point where it doesn't matter anymore, but not in a liberating way, but in a "life got so bad I can't even face it"-way that I just stopped caring about it.
I think the best way to look at it is to deprogram yourself from what you have been taught as a kid: love is a privilege, something only a minority of people get to enjoy.
It's ok if you didn't experience it, because it's very hard to be the kind of man women want in the 21st century.
