You think that is bad? I don't even stare, my eyes just wander by themselves to peoples chests and crotches. People get really uncomfortable talking to me, women immediately cover their cleavages, even if their clothes barely show skin under the neck line or they have any breasts, and men put their hands in front of their dicks even though they aren't visible through their pants.
I'm not sure why I do this, but I can no longer maintain eye contact. Sometimes I don't even notice my eyes moved from the other person's face, yet they start covering themselves and looking uncomfortable/embarrassed/annoyed. Two female coworker even stopped using cleavages and dress like prudes now. I still look there.
