Is owning a boat that rare? I got a canoe and a bass boat, grandfather has a pontoon, and I have a cousin who even lives in a houseboat. Literally everyone who wants a boat has one. I'd almost say more people who don't want a boat own a boat than people who want a boat but don't own one. Literally all you have to do to own a boat is getting a boat.
