Anyone else getting desperate and playing the lottery? It feels so nice to be able to dream for a day imaging what life would be like if I won. I'd immediately pay my annoying debt(about 30k), quit my miserable job and live off the investments. i dont care about having a big lavish house, expensive cars, clothing or anything really. i just hate wasting 12+hrs of my day just so i can eat and have a roof over my head.

i mean, even if the odds are 1 in a billion, someone has to eventually win right? can't win if ya dont play

I would win more off of Scratch off tickets compared to powerball or mega millions drawings. And yes I know its alot harder and a tax but we all dream don't we?
Winning off of scratchers the most I ever won was $500 and I won that multiple times.

There is a reason why the jackpot keeps going up right? its all the money collected from everyone that buys tickets. The winner that wins the jackpot gets all the money whether you won or lost yourself. In my state some of the money does go into programs. "Giving back to our local communities"

Are savings not a thing? If you quit your job, you might have some savings to life off of or another line of work you're going into. Don't start balling out and maybe you won't arouse suspicion.
