No. Someone I know did volunteer stuff for this church group that supported young moms who didn't abort their accidental babies. There were some utterly busted girls there. I don't think it matters how repulsive, smelly, slovenly, hairy, whiny, farty, overweight, or mannish they are. Women can just HAVE dick if they want it. I have seen it up-close. There is basically zero evolutionary pressure on women in that direction. A caricature of /r9k/ as a female gets laid. A caricature of Chris-chan as a (genuine) female gets laid. A human version of Jabba the Hutt, if female, gets laid.
So no, I have never seen a female repulsive enough to make me believe in femcels.

I sew a girl with a medical condition that deformed her face horribly on a dating app. I felt sorry for her cus I knew even the most desperate guy (like me at the time) won't be with her no matter how sex starved he was. Then I swiped left and forgot all about her until now.
I do believe femcels exist and are mostly shut-ins with mental issues, deformed hell creatures, or fat bitches (tho fat bitches can get peen sometimes). I don't think, though, that you are in one of these categories. And have options to self improve and get a man.
