reminder that the 2000s were better, the sun was orange., the sky was blue the birds actually sang, mcdonalds skill had the jungle jim, you saw slip 'n slides outside, the ice cream truck was making it's rounds, people had more life in their eyes, kids and teens actually went outside and were white while the creepy indians stayed inside or maybe played on their DS, everything had color and vibrance and light, like 10 other things i can't even think of or rememeber. and anyone who says otherwise is a kike or transgender

don't let anyone tell you the past was worse or that it was just nostalgia. it's fucking wasn't. wtf are kids even gonna miss from RIGHT NOW? fortnite? just playing fortnite as an obese mutt on their smart TV which they'll still be playing because it'll still have players 10 years from now? i can't think of anything.

>muh toys were better when I was a kid
This thread proves that "X decade was better" nostalgiafags are just blinded by their longing for childhood. You're no different from soilennials who have rooms full of funko pops.

yes, the 00s were better and people weren't so hateful and cynical about everything.

missed the point award.
you don't get it. you are blind. just like everyone here about everything. go suck on a BBC dildo and pay 12 subscription fees to watch gay versions of yoru favorite media but try not to disurb your 20 roomates you have to live with because you can't afford any sort of housing.

I remember the time when I first found anime and 4chan in the late 2000's quite fondly. And yes, Lucky Star was one of the first anime I ever watched, along with Haruhi, Rosario+Vampire, Evangelion, Rozen Maiden and others. That whole culture of Japanese media back then was so new and undiscovered for me, it was like finding a world I never knew existed.

Although I am not really into anime much anymore, I will never forget posting on /a/when the second subs for the latest show dropped. Those halycon days...

Entertainment is for children. People aren't having children anymore, so the market for entertainment isn't there anymore. Go get a job and have children and maybe the world might improve just a little bit.

thing i can't fucking stand the most about today is that you got normies, right. who are pretty much chronically inside shutins.

they all are terminally online, not talking to eachother, being more awkward almost like how i've been my entire life. but that doesn't mean i like them or there's some sort of comradery. they are still insufferable normies who ruin everything.

i hate it when people mention being online too much, people playing too many video games or whatever or some sort of social issue related to technology. like, don't look at me. i've been doing this my whole life and i would be a shut in in every era or eneration. these fucking normalfaggots are the ones who really need to go back outside, get a job and have sex. stop being half normie drones, stop posting tier lists, wojaks and being a lamer, poor excuse for a nerd. actual nerds are funny, creative, make awesome online communities about what they like and are interesting to talk to. you just talk about no gf or something normie. god dammit i can't wait for some societal change or shift. maybe when normies go full conservative mode things will change.

people can't afford to have kids, a house or whatever. your kid will live in a shoe box and only be able to afford a phone with a payment plan to watch Chinese tiktoks on.

(you) need more? If you want to relive your childhood again, having a kid will do that better than any nostalgiabaiting will.

If anything toys are better now. Back in the day it was just lego city and bionicles but now we have Lego family guy, Lego The Office, Lego Yellowstone, and a bunch more cool stuff.

I'm not going to do that. Breaking Bad and Silicon Valley ended years ago and nothing good came to replace them so I'm just going to watch cartoons from 2007.

i was using it to show as an example that people were actually out and living their lives.

zoomies are moving the goal post probably up to 2015 or dare i say 2016 for when things were good, which they weren't. at that point it was well into decline, well into decline implies that it hasn't hit the threshhold yet. which would be after 2016. i am saying this because i do expect zooms in the future to harp about the early to mid 2010s. but i cannot fathom of what gen A's or zoomies will remember from after 2016.
