Its all about mindset, im 30 now, still act the same way I did when I turned 21. My
body got older, my minds the same

My dad said 30s was his best years of his life. I'm 25 and I'm starting to enjoy my life on my own than I ever did in my early 20s and teenage years.

I am less cringe and less angery. I noticed I stopped screaming at video games several years ago.
