I also have chronic pain. What's wrong with you? I got the scoliosis and the neuropathy.

I'm too anxious to go to the doctor

That sucks dude, I feel that though. I've been in pretty consistent pain for years but I've also been in the manual labor force since I was a teenager. Did something happen or did it just kind of happen naturally? There are probably joint health supplements you can take.

do drugs problem solved. how can they ruin your life when the solution is as easy as 1 2 3

I'm not OP. But I take ketamine for it. It helps well but I only could get it from a shitty unreliable source.

Chronic pain makes you understand why that Italian twink shot that CEO, if they had cured his back pain no one would have died.

I can't even lie on my back to sleep. It's so miserable. The doctors won't give me any prescriptions to make my life easier.

To top it all off you have to deal with this alone. Every night you lie in pain with no one but you to cope with. It's OK anon. I acknowledge your pain

then why don't you go to the doctor? let me guess no insurance?

Nta but ask three doctors for advice and at least one of them will contradict the other two. Plus you typically can't cure chronic pain by going to the doctor or getting meds. Maybe mitigate it short term but that tends to have other side effects

When I had chronic back pain I just locked in and exercised a lot, ate well and smoked weed whenever it got intense and it went away on its own eventually. Idk if it will work for you but its worth considering that maybe you just need a lifestyle change and not meds

nta but bite the bullet and go to the doctor and get meds. My doc understands my situation and is liberal with sceipts. It will improve your life quality greatly. You should not be in pain, anon.
Feel well and goodluck with whatever way you choose to treat this.

to be honest if you just go on zocdoc and find some random shitty ass psychiatrist you have a pretty good chance of just asking for what you want and getting it no questions asked via virtual appointment. Thats what I did and for about a year I was getting lyrica and tramadol

try kratom extract, its legal in most places, it works for pain, and its not nearly as dangerous as traditional opioids
