The words they use as slurs aren't considered slurs in common parlance. It's just "white male" or "cisgender" or "uneducated" said with a telltale degree of venom.

Everyone that's hyper political is a narcissist and narcissistic people are all hypocrites. They only really care about themselves but make it about everybody else because they lack self-awareness. Once you see it for what it is you'll realize arguing/conversing with them is just a waste of time. All they really care about is getting attention/validation/resources-power-control.
