i could care less about your spiritual perception, how enlightened you are. what good is it if you, as a person would give way to evil if it were convenient? if you didn't have spirituality?

moral integrity is a purely human thing. not spiritual. but i believe that putting truth before face, valuing beauty and innocence and doing whats right is truth seeking itself. all spirituality is redundant to a good person.

the ego, the personhood is what would facilitate spirituality anyways. whether its a rude one or a nice one. the ego and personhood is underrated. it's everything. it matters more than enlightenment. enlightenment is just suicide.

Damn I guess I just didn't understand the complete separation between these two ideas, you're so good at examining ideas by their intellectual value and not simply for their rhetoric Anon. The original image ascribes the highest state of morality as someone who is willing to place their values above concerns over their own gains and losses and refers to this as nearly inhuman in all this transcendental language. You can't honestly look at this and pretend it isn't at all similar to Buddhist notions of practicing their spirituality to the point of asceticism. Your supposed Ubermensch, unlike the Nietzschean ideal, is distinctly apart from his humanity in a way that creates this link.
